Steps:
1. go to Wibya.com
2. Click on "Get it Now"
3.You should create an account. After filling all fields click on next. [Creating account is fast]
4.Now you should select your theme. Choose the theme that fits to your site then click next.
5.Now you can choose applications you want to appear in your toolbar. There are 13 apps to choose!
To remove apps just click the app do the same when you want to apply it.
6.After choosing you apps, some details for your twitter, youtube, facebook and other will be ask. This will only ask if you choose apps like facebook page app or twitter app.
7.This is the final step, just choose the blogger platform you are using then this will ask you to add their app(there is also codes if you have other blog platforms or website). and then done! You are all finish! you got your toolbar!
